Today's Class: September 6th

Today in CORE, writing notebooks were introduced. Writing notebooks are to be used in core class only, and will be stored in classroom cubbies.

Students began work on the personal geography assignment. This assignment asks students to look at how the five themes of geography (location, place, region, movement, and human-environment interaction) relate to them.

Student need to create the following on a blank sheet of paper (click the picture to enlarge):

Next, answer the questions in each box (an example is placed next to each question page)

In the human-environment interaction box, write two way that you have adapted to your environment, two things that you depend on the environment for and two ways in which you modify the environment.
