Wordly Wise:
One thing discussed at conferences (A LOT), was how to find success in both studying the vocab and taking the weekly Wordly Wise tests. In class we have discussed many times how Wordly Wise is set up, the recommendation for success is to complete the "A" activity Monday during class, the "B" activity for homework Monday night, "C" on Tuesday night, "D" on Wednesday night and "E" on Thursday night. It is imperative that the activities are completed in order as they build on one another and get progressively more difficult. In addition to this strategy, we will be making flashcards this week as a class and discussing how and why one may use them.
