Student#1-  ( Say your own name )    Hi my name is H------- ( K---- turn ) and my name is K---- ( M----

turn) and I’m M-----. ( H----again ) We have decided to build a dog and cat boarding service called Pampered Pets Hotel. Here is a place where your pet can find luxury. It has everything you can think of for a hotel... just for pets only!

Student#2-  Pampered Pets Hotel is the perfect place for pets in Newberg and pets traveling to Newberg.  Pet health is important, and our space includes everything to ensure your pet is being cared for while you are away. First, we have a large grass area for pets to run and play. Next, a large swimming area and water feature for those aquatic loving pets. Inside, you will find all the amenities of a hotel for humans, just catered to your pet. Safe areas for pets to sleep, eat and play. We have a state of the art pet café serving only the healthiest treats and snacks for your loved ones. Outside we have a 24 hour coffee stand so that humans dropping of their pets can enjoy a quick snack before they go on their way. Additionally we have a landscaped parking area to accommodate all types of vehicles and an air bridge to the Allison, for guests boarding their pet with us while staying at the Allison. Don’t worry if your pet is sick or has special needs when you are away we will be happy to help your pet. Because we care for your pet just as much as you do!

Student#3- You are probably wondering, “ Why is a pet hotel a good fit for Newberg?”  Well, first of all the spot across from the Alison is huge!!  A cat and dogs favorite thing to do of course is explore, so with all that land they will have the time of their lives!  Also the Alison and other hotels in Newberg don’t usually allow pets. With our pet hotel people can just drop their pets off right next door.  But our pet hotel isn’t just for tourists. People in Newberg traveling outside the area need a safe place to board their animals, and we can do that too! If you are in a hurry and don’t have time to drop your pet off, we would be happy to pick up your pet in our own personal pet van!  

Student#4-  There will be a lot of positive impacts on Newberg if we are able to build the pet hotel. First of all it will bring a lot of money into the city both from current citizens and tourists. Also more people will go to the hotel and see that there is a place to put their pet and might just come to love Newberg and all of its handy places close to their homes.  The biggest impact it would make though, would be that the pet hotel would bring more flexibility for the people who come to vacation here, which means more tourists and tourism revenue.                           

Student#1- We hope you agree with us that building the Pampered Pet hotel is a great way to improve our city.  We will work very hard to make this pet hotel go far in business and help the people of Newberg .  Maybe its not your idea of the best time but it sure will bring a lot of money into the Newberg city and help Newberg grow and be greatest town ever!
